Artificial Intelligence: Perspective of Teacher Training Program in Pakistan

The main aim of the present research is to explore the perceptions of the teachers in Pakistan about the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teacher training programs. As the use of AI is increasingly becoming a reality in the field of education, it is vital to explore the perceptions of the teachers about the use of AI for the betterment of teacher training programs. For this reason, the present research is focused on exploring the benefits offered by AI and the problems faced by the teachers while using AI. Additionally, the present research also explores the preparedness level of the teachers about the use of AI and the level of acceptance by the teachers. Surveys and interviews with the teachers from different schools and colleges across the country will be conducted for the purpose of the present research. The present research is also focused on exploring the level of preparedness and acceptance level of the teachers about the use of AI. It is believed that the findings of the present research will be beneficial for the policymakers and curriculum developers for the betterment of teacher training programs.
